智通财经APP讯，中国水务(00855)发布公告，公司建议向若干机构投资者发行该等债券，其将由CGIF提供无条件及不可撤回的担保。
该等债券的定价，包括本金总额、要约价格及利率，将透过摩根士丹利、中金公司及巴克莱(作为牵头联席全球协调人)，连同汇丰及中信银行(国际)(作为债券发行的联席全球协调人、联席账簿管理人及联席牵头经办人)进行的入标定价工作厘定。预期摩根士丹利、中金公司、巴克莱、汇丰及中信银行(国际)、公司及担保人将于落实该等债券的条款后订立认购协议。
倘发行该等债券，要约发售该等债券所得款项拟用于偿还若干离岸债务，并按照公司的蓝绿融资框架使用。
公司已向新交所申请将该等债券在新交所挂牌上市。新交所对于本公布中任何陈述或意见的准确性概不负责。新交所原则上批准该等债券在新交所上市并不代表公司、CGIF或该等债券成事。该等债券并无(亦将不会)寻求在香港上市。
