USCB Financial Holdings, Inc. Increases Common Stock Dividend 100% to $0.10 Per Share
MIAMI, Jan. 21, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- USCB Financial Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") $(USCB)$, the holding company for U.S. Century Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of Class A common stock, which represents an increase of $0.05, or 100.0%, per share compared with the previous quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share. The common stock dividend is payable on March 5, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 14, 2025. Future dividend payments are subject to quarterly review and approval by the Board of Directors.
