智通财经APP讯，易大宗(01733)公布，近期公司全资附属公司海南富多达供应链管理有限公司(海南富多达)与中国工商银行股份有限公司海口国贸支行订立若干融资协议，根据该协议，该银行同意向海南富多达提供(i)人民币 1.5亿元的非专项授信额度;(ii)人民币5,000万元的双优授信额度;及(iii)人民币1,000万元的衍生专项授信额度，期限均自2024年12月27日起至2025年12月31日。该银行授信应由海南富多达作为其正常业务过程中进行开立信用证、进口信用证项下押汇、流动资金贷款、贸易融资及外汇衍生产品交易之用。鉴于该银行根据融资合同向海南富多达提供银行授信，公司同意向该银行提供一项最高不超过人民币2.1亿元的企业担保，以连带责任担保海南富多达履行其于融资协议项下的所有责任和义务。
