格隆汇1月24日丨恒隆地产(00101.HK)公布年度业绩，截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司计及15.38亿港元的物业销售收入(2023年：无)后，总收入为112.42亿港元，与去年相比上升9%。整体营业溢利下跌13%至64.55亿港元。由于香港及内地零售及办公楼租赁市场疲弱，物业租赁收入及营业溢利分别减少6%和9%至95.15亿港元及67.63亿港元。
股东应占基本纯利下跌25%至30.95亿港元，每股基本盈利相应跌至0.67港元，主要是租赁营业溢利减少及财务费用增加所致。
计及9.42亿港元股东应占物业之净重估亏损(2023年：1.67亿港元净重估亏损)后，恒隆地产股东应占纯利为21.53亿港元(2023年：39.70亿港元)，相应每股盈利为0.46港元(2023年：0.88港元)。
公司董事会建议派发2024年度末期股息，每股0.4港元(2023年度：0.6港元)。末期股息将派发予于2025年5月9日名列公司股东名册的股东。连同中期股息每股0.12港元(2023年度：0.18港元，2024年度全年股息为每股0.52港元(2023年度：0.78港元)。
