SkyCity Entertainment Group (ASX:SKC, NZE:SKC) said the restricted share rights held by Joanna Lee Wong, its former general counsel and company secretary, lapsed, according to filings with the Australian and New Zealand bourses on Friday.
The share rights, convertible to ordinary shares, were part of long-term incentive plan grants for fiscal years 2023 and 2024, as well as a performance incentive plan grant.
The firm's shares fell over 1% in recent Friday trading on the Australian bourse and almost 1% on the New Zealand bourse.
