智通财经APP获悉，粤海置地(00124)再跌超8%，盘中低见0.144港元，月内股价已实现腰斩。截至发稿，跌7.55%，报0.147港元，成交额949.14万港元。
消息面上，粤海投资已于2025年1月21日完成实物分派粤海置地股份。据悉，粤海投资此前建议以实物分派粤海置地股份的方式向股东派发特别股息，涉及分派12.61亿股，占粤海置地股本约73.72%。
据悉，分派完成后粤海置地将不再为粤海投资的附属公司，其财务业绩亦将不再并入粤海投资的财务报表。通过本次分派，大股东粤海控股持有粤海投资58.26%股权不变，同时粤海投资将不再持有粤海置地股权，粤海置地将与公司成为兄弟公司。
