智通财经APP获悉，绿城服务(02869)涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.51%，报3.83港元，成交额381.23万港元。
中金发布研报称，预计绿城服务2024年核心经营利润同比增长20%(毛利润减销管费用)，归母净利润同比增长25%，符合市场预期与公司年度目标；派息回报方面则有望相较此前指引更加积极。该行认为，公司业绩增长来源于核心业务稳健发展叠加整体经营提效。
报告称，在宏观环境压力下，公司2024年当期收缴率同比大体持平、往期欠款收缴率或略有波动，但客户对其品牌品质的认可有望推动预缴率上升，有望支持全年经营性现金流达到1倍以上归母净利润水平。公司在外拓方面延续有质量的拓展策略，该行预计2024年新拓单年合同金额在40亿元左右，新拓项目聚焦核心城市、单价较在管项目有提升。存量项目提价方面，公司有望顺利完成年初设置的到期项目续约提价1亿元总金额的目标。
