　　碧桂园（02007）于2024年3月底停牌，今日复牌后高开。截至发稿，股价大涨19.58%，现报0.58港元，成交额2.68亿港元。

　　消息面上，碧桂园公布，已达成复牌指引下的要求。1月21日上午9时正起恢复买卖。公司已制定多项计划及措施，以缓解流动性压力并改善财务状况，包括积极采取各种债务管理措施并于截至今年12月底止年度现金流量预测中已考虑到该年度的应偿还金额，以解决阶段性流动性压力。

　　值得注意的是，1月9日，碧桂园化债传来重大消息。碧桂园披露境外债务重组提案的关键条款，据公告，碧桂园已与包含中银香港、建银亚洲在内的七家知名银行组成的协调委员会达成共识，协调委员会支持公司持续努力落实重组，并愿意与公司合作，确保集团继续其业务，将干扰降到最低。
