1357 GMT - There are too many banks in Europe for an efficient capital system and for capital to flow into European economies, the CEO of Dutch bank ING Group tells CNBC at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Because of the compartmentalization of regulation, consolidation will largely happen within EU markets, Steven van Rijswijk says.
