甘肃金融监管局发布多张罚单，涉中国人寿、永安财险以及大地财险
蓝鲸新闻1月21日讯，近日，甘肃金融监管局发布了多张罚单，涉及中国人寿财产保险股份有限公司兰州市中心支公司、永安财产保险股份有限公司兰州市七里河支公司、永安财产保险股份有限公司兰州市东岗支公司、永安财产保险股份有限公司兰州市城关支公司以及中国大地财产保险股份有限公司甘肃分公司等机构及其相关责任人。
中国人寿财产保险股份有限公司兰州市中心支公司因未严格执行经备案的保险费率等问题，被甘肃金融监管局警告并处罚款17.5万元。同时，杨大勇作为时任副总经理（主持工作），也受到警告并处罚款4万元的处罚。
永安财产保险股份有限公司兰州市七里河支公司因车险费用数据不真实，被罚款12万元。宋战胜作为时任经理，受到警告并处罚款2万元的处罚。
永安财产保险股份有限公司兰州市东岗支公司同样因车险费用数据不真实，被罚款12万元。王长河作为时任经理，受到警告并处罚款2万元的处罚。
永安财产保险股份有限公司兰州市城关支公司也因车险费用数据不真实，被罚款11万元。李丽作为时任经理，受到警告并处罚款2万元的处罚。
中国大地财产保险股份有限公司甘肃分公司因未严格执行经批准或备案的保险条款、保险费率等问题，被罚款62.7万元。罗应华作为时任个贷事业部兰州分部主要负责人，受到警告并处罚款12万元的处罚。 这些处罚决定体现了监管机构对保险行业违法违规行为的严厉打击，旨在维护市场秩序，保护消费者权益。
