Polaris Holdings (TYO:3010) subsidiary Fino Hotels has signed fixed-term building sublease agreements with Star Asia Investment (TYO:3468) for two hotel properties.

The properties are Koko Hotel Tokyo Nishikasai and KOKO HOTEL Yokohama Tsurumi. The contracts will run from July 24, 2025, to July 23, 2040, according to a filing on Wednesday.

The Tokyo property has 184 rooms and is a 2-minute walk from Nishikasai Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. Meanwhile, the Yokohama property has 185 rooms and has direct access to Haneda Airport via the Keikyu Airport Express.

Under the agreements, Polaris would operate the two new hotels starting around August 2025.
