墨西哥比索在美国总统唐纳德·特朗普扬言要对墨西哥商品征收高额关税后重挫，再次引发交易员对该国将在未来四年成为目标的担忧。

　　墨西哥比索在跌幅缩小前一度下跌1.4%，为新兴市场最严重的抛售。此前一天，特朗普称计划对墨西哥和加拿大的商品征收高达25%的关税，除非这两个邻国采取更多措施遏制移民。

　　“特朗普政府挑墨西哥的毛病比挑中国容易得多，”Brandywine Global Investment Management基金经理Jack McIntyre说。“这是特朗普热衷于将不确定性武器化的一部分。”

　　几个月来，投资者一直试图预测特朗普的言论有多少会落实为政策，同时试图为关税影响布仓。墨西哥比索是交易量最大的新兴市场货币之一，去年兑美元下跌18.5%，目前处于2022年中期以来的最低水平附近，兑美元报20.7。
