董事会认为，意向书项下拟进行的可能合作一旦落实，可协助本集团扩大及加强其业务。由于河南丽轩网络于提供资讯科技服务方面拥有丰富经验，可能合作亦增强本集团在系统整合及电脑相关服务方面的专业知识。此外，本集团可利用河南丽轩网络与医疗领域的联系，将业务拓展至提供医疗相关商品，同时继续利用本集团在系统整合及资讯科技方面的专业知识。
