智通财经APP获悉，野村发布研究报告称，下调九毛九(09922)目标价7%，从2.3港元降至2.14港元，评级从“买入”降至“减持”。
野村称，九毛九2024年第四季度的同店销售(SSS)减少加剧，尽管基数较低。其两大主要品牌的同店销售恶化到同比减少24.6%和18.5%;旗下品牌“怂火锅”同店销售减少同比收窄至26.9%，主因是门店网络的改善。
该行表示，公司的同店销售表现差于预期，主要是同店翻桌率(table-turn)压力增加，预计第四季度太二/怂火锅/九毛九进一步减少23.1%/27%/20%，这稍微被平均销售单价(ASP)的改善而抵消。
