狮腾控股签署投资意向书计划收购大数据公司
财中社1月23日电狮腾控股（02562）发布公告，宣布与潜在卖方签订了一份无法律约束力的投资意向书，计划就潜在目标公司高达100%的股权进行潜在收购。此次潜在收购事项的代价待进一步协商确定。公告中提到，潜在目标公司是一家成立于2011年的中国大数据及数字化转型平台公司，客户涵盖超过1000家企业及品牌，包括一些大型国有企业及零售品牌。
根据国际数据公司的预测，中国的数字化转型市场规模预计将在2028年达到7330亿美元，复合年增长率为15.6%。狮腾控股认为，潜在收购一旦落实，将为公司提供新的客户层，促进公司在东南亚的数字化业务扩展，并有助于提升公司的财务表现。潜在目标集团目前拥有超过300名软件工程师、人工智能专家及数据科学家，能够为狮腾控股提供技术支持，进一步增强公司的竞争力。
需要注意的是，潜在收购事项并非一定会进行，狮腾控股的股东和投资者在交易股份时应保持审慎。若潜在收购事项落实，双方将签订最终协议，并会根据上市规则适时发布进一步公告。
