Arcos Dorados Holdings (ARCO) said Friday it has priced $600 million worth of 6.375% senior notes maturing Jan. 29, 2032, through its Arcos Dorados B.V. unit.
The independent McDonald's (MCD) franchisee said the notes, expected to settle on Jan. 29, 2025, will be issued at 99.583% of their face value and guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by the company and certain subsidiaries.
Arcos Dorados also said it plans to use the proceeds to finance its tender offer for all outstanding 5.875% senior notes due 2027 and for general corporate purposes.
