金吾财讯 | 消费电子股延续升势，截至发稿，舜宇光学科技(02382)涨4.05%，瑞声科技(02018)涨2.22%，丘钛科技(01478)涨1.53%，高伟电子(01415)涨1.48%，比亚迪电子(00285)涨1.28%。消息面上，日前，商务部等部门日前发布了关于印发《手机、平板、智能手表（手环）购新补贴实施方案》的通知，将手机、平板、智能手表手环等数码产品纳入补贴范围，并明确了享受补贴的家电范围和金额。方案中明确，个人消费者购买单件销售价格不超过6000元的手机、平板、智能手表（手环）3类数码产品，可享受购新补贴。每人每类可补贴1件，每件补贴比例为减去生产、流通环节及移动运营商所有优惠后最终销售价格的15%，每件最高不超过500元。国金证券认为，在商品本身优惠后再补商品价格的15%（不超过500元）是力度较大的补贴，刺激补贴方案将会刺激消费电子产品2025年市场复苏。天风证券研报认为，手机等产品购新补贴或拉动半导体需求。预计后面可以看到全国更多地区将手机等产品纳入补贴范围，在AI提升了新产品的使用体验的背景下，预计购新补贴或加速消费者换机。
