GKE Corporation (SGX:595) disclosed the incorporation of GKE Logistics Services in Dubai through its wholly-owned subsidiary, GKE Logistics (Middle East), according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The new entity will provide logistics services, including warehousing, transport, and freight, with a paid-up capital of 300,000 United Arab Emirates dirhams.
The incorporation is funded by internal resources.
