【消化存量控增量 多城楼市“去库存”提速】金十数据1月23日讯，记者在深圳多区走访时，几位准备购置新房的购房者表示，目前市场上高得房率的新房越来越多，而且开发商维持折扣优惠，现房或者交房时间缩短的新房也有不少，尽管二手房可以“即买即住”，但自己会更倾向于选择新房。易居房地产研究院发布的最新报告指出，随着一系列精准政策的落地，2024年四季度全国百城新建商品住宅库存规模明显下降，目前去化周期相比最高点减少了5.5个月，意味着去库存周期迎来了拐点。
