【晨鸣纸业：黄冈基地正常生产，寿光基地部分恢复生产】金十数据1月23日讯，晨鸣纸业(01812.HK)晚间在港交所公告，截至公告日，公司黄冈基地正常生产，寿光基地一条文化纸生产线和一条机械浆生产线已经恢复生产，已恢复产能占比23.23%；其他生产基地正在按计划停机检修，进行技术改造，努力推动春节后陆续复工复产，复产进度依赖于资金筹措等各项因素。截至公告日，公司及其控股子公司因债务逾期、合同履行纠纷等原因，连续十二个月内累计发生诉讼、仲裁案件共计164件，涉案金额合计为人民币263,815.07万元，占公司最近一期经审计净资产绝对值的15.80%。公司及其控股子公司不存在单项涉案金额占公司最近一期经审计净资产绝对值10%以上，且绝对金额超过人民币1,000万元的重大诉讼、仲裁事项。
