Concentra Reports Preliminary Q4 Results; Signs Deal to Acquire Nova Medical Centers

Concentra Group Holdings Parent (CON) said Wednesday it expects to report Q4 revenue of $465 million, up 5.5% year over year.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $462.2 million.

The company said Q4 net income is expected to be between $20.6 million and $22.6 million, versus $28.9 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $21.1 million.

The company also said it agreed to acquire Nova Medical Centers in a deal that values the occupational health services company at $265 million.

Concentra said it expects 2025 revenue of roughly $2.1 billion, reflecting the proposed acquisition. Analysts polled by FactSet are looking for $2.01 billion.

Shares of the company were down about 2% in after-hours activity.
