ESR集团(01821.HK) 宣布，发起的中航易商仓储物流封闭式基础设施证券投资基金(中航易商仓储物流REIT)已于上海证券交易所上市交易，是次发售总份额为8亿份，发行价格每份2.628元人民币，集资总额超过21亿元人民币。
集团表示，此次发行市场反响积极，获得广大投资者踊跃认购，共吸引12家战略投资者等参与认购，其中ESR集团持有的份额占比为41%。
中航易商仓储物流REIT的基础设施资产由江苏富莱德昆山物流园一期、二期和三期的三个仓储物流园组成，均为现代仓储物流设施高标仓，过去五年平均出租率超过90%。(gc/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-01-24 12:25。)
