1月23日消息，港股复宏汉霖低开逾10%，复星医药高开1.23%。

　　具体来看，复星医药（02196.HK）公布，以吸收合并方式将复宏汉霖（02696.HK）私有化之特别决议案于H股类别股东大会上未获批准，其中，反对票数约占19.25%，超过收购守则的10%上限。因此，该特别决议案将不会生效，私有化建将不会进行。

　　复星医药原计划以吸收合并方式将复宏汉霖私有化，每股H股现金价24.6元，涉及总额约32.25亿元；或每股H股发行1股香港存续股份。
