【全国首批债券质押类支农支小再贷款DVP结算业务落地广东】金十数据1月22日讯，从中国人民银行广东省分行获悉，中国人民银行债券质押类支农支小再贷款券款对付结算业务（“DVP结算”）20日上线。当天，中国人民银行广东省分行和佛山市分行以DVP结算方式，成功向广州农商银行、南海农商银行发放支小再贷款资金，标志着全国首批债券质押类支农支小再贷款DVP结算业务落地广东。与以往的再贷款结算方式相比，DVP结算实现线上签署合同、债券质押与资金同步交割、零延时，无需金融机构线下提交质押申请、资金划款等资料，将以往2天的办理时间缩短至半小时以内，最快10分钟完成放款，有效提高了支农支小再贷款资金的发放效率。
