【完善发病机制及临床表现 流行性感冒诊疗方案修订】金十数据1月22日讯，国家卫生健康委会同国家中医药局，对原有流行性感冒诊疗方案进行修订，形成了《流行性感冒诊疗方案（2025年版）》。此版诊疗方案主要对一些内容进行了修订完善：进一步完善了发病机制、病理以及儿童和老年人流感临床表现、并发症；增加了临床轻型和中型分型标准，完善了重型和危重型标准；细化了抗病毒治疗原则以及重症病例呼吸、循环等支持治疗措施；对流感中医辨证治疗予以调整优化。新版诊疗方案明确了我国目前上市的对流感病毒敏感的药物有神经氨酸酶抑制剂、RNA聚合酶抑制剂和血凝素抑制剂三种，并明确了用法用量等。
