中国海洋石油(00883.HK) 公布2025年经营策略和发展计划，在获股东大会批准的前提下，公司承诺2025至2027年全年股息支付率不低于45%。财务部总经理王宇凡表示，管理层亦将根据市场环境变化，综合考虑公司股东的意愿、战略规划、经营状况等因素，秉承回报股东的原则，适时调整现有分红政策，也会在基于市况，在股东大会授权范围内适时开展港股回购。
被问到中海油曾承诺2022年至2024年全年每股股息不低于0.7港元，副董事长兼首席执行官周心怀解释，2022年公司自美国退市，当时市场行情较差，为提振投资者情绪及向股东表达支持，因此才作出该决定，按照公司惯例一般不会提供绝对数值的股息承诺。
中海油订立今年资本开支预算为1,250亿至1,350亿元人民币，周心怀表示，若未来三年国际油价仍处于每桶65至85美元的较正常水平，集团资本开支预期会稳定在1,000亿至1,400亿元人民币水平，强调优质的油企应该有能力跨越周期，未来将专注于寻找大中型油气田，持续夯实“增储上产”资源基础，促进中长期可持续发展。(gc/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-01-22 16:25。)
