金吾财讯 | 华润医药(03320)公布，旗下华润博雅生物截至2024年12月31日止年度的业绩预告。预计公司期内归属于华润博雅生物股东的净利润预计介乎约人民币3.8亿元至人民币4.8亿元(上年同期净利润约人民币2.37亿元)、扣除非经常性损益后归属于华润博雅生物股东的净利润预计介乎约人民币2.84亿元至人民币3.84亿元(上年同期净利润约人民币1.43亿元)及每股基本盈利预计介乎约人民币0.75元至约人民币0.95元(上年同期每股盈利约人民币0.47元)。华润博雅生物2024年业绩与上年同期相比有所变动的主要原因为(i)华润博雅生物2024年度血液制品营业收入增长及2023年计提商誉减值与其他资产减值准备导致去年同期基数较低；(ii)华润博雅生物2024年度在营浆站(16家，不含绿十字(中国)生物制品有限公司4家在营浆站)实现采浆量522.04吨，同比增长11.71%；以及(iii)于2024年1月1日至2024年12月31日报告期间内，非经常性损益对华润博雅生物净利润的影响预计约为人民币9,626万元。
