中国海洋石油(00883.HK) 公布2025年经营策略，全年净产量目标介乎7.6亿至7.8亿桶油当量，中国约占69%，海外约占31%。至于2026及2027年，公司净产量目标分别为7.8亿至8亿桶油当量及8.1亿至8.3亿桶油当量，对比2024年净产量预计达约7.2亿桶油当量。
今年公司资本支出预算为1,250亿至1,350亿元人民币，与去年同期比较保持稳定。其中，勘探、开发和生产资本化支出预计分别占资本支出预算总额的约16%、61%和20%。而2024年公司资本支出预计达约1,320亿元人民币，符合年初目标。
2025年，公司将有多个重要新项目投产，包括中国的渤中26-6油田开发项目(一期)和垦利10-2油田群开发项目(一期)以及海外的圭亚那Yellowtail项目和巴西Buzios7项目等。
中海油表示，为确保股东回报，在各年度建议股息获股东大会批准的前提下，2025年至2027年全年股息支付率不低于45%，强调将根据市场环境变化，秉承回报股东的原则，综合考虑公司股东的意愿、战略规划、经营状况等因素，适时对上述分红政策进行调整。
