智通财经APP讯，粤运交通(03399)公布，于2025年1月22日，该公司与岐关订立产权交易合同，据此，岐关有条件同意收购而该公司有条件同意出售于持有的珠海拱运100%股权，代价为人民币2509.61万元。
近年来随着高铁网络快速发展及网约车的普及，传统道路客运面临巨大的挑战，新的出行方式加剧客运行业的经营困难。同时，人们出行方式、习惯也产生大的变化，定制私家车、网约车、顺风车等私密性出行方式已成为趋势，传统客运站的经营模式较为固定，无法满足现代乘客对于出行方式的多元化、个性化需求导致客流量急剧萎缩。上述因素共同作用，导致珠海拱运的客源和营收出现断崖式下降。珠海拱运2020年至2022年连年亏损，2023年稍有盈利，在当前转让其股权，有利于减少集团的亏损企业，提升整体盈利水平。
