经中央纪委国家监委日前批准，中央纪委国家监委驻中国建设银行(00939.HK) (601939.SH) 纪检监察组、南宁市监察委员会对建设银行广西分行原党委委员、副行长张石强涉嫌严重违纪违法问题进行立案审查调查。
经查，张石强无视中央八项规定精神，长期收受可能影响公正执行公务的礼品礼金，又利用职务上的便利以及职权或地位形成的便利条件，为相关公司在贷款授信审批等事项上提供帮助，非法收受巨额财物。张石强严重违反中央八项规定精神，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌受贿犯罪。
依据规定，经建设银行党委研究，决定给予张石强开除党籍处分；经中央纪委国家监委驻中国建设银行纪检监察组研究，决定给予张石强开除公职处分；收缴其违纪违法所得；经南宁市监察委员会研究，决定将张石强涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。(ta/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-01-21 16:25。) (A股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
