智通财经APP讯，乐普生物-B(02157)发布公告，于2025年1月22日，公司与ArriVent Biopharma, Inc.(该公司于纳斯达克全球市场上市(股票代码：AVBP))订立独家许可协议。据此协议，公司向ArriVent授予独家许可，以在全球范围内(大中华地区除外)开发及商业化集团创新型抗体偶联药物MRG007。
根据许可协议，公司授予ArriVent:(i)就集团拥有或控制的和MRG007相关知识产权的独家许可，以在许可地区开发、生产及商业化任何包含MRG007的产品;及(ii)就集团控制的和MRG007相关知识产权的非独家许可，以在许可地区开发、生产及商业化任何包含MRG007的用于肿瘤治疗的产品。
在许可协议条款及条件的规限下，ArriVent获授权于许可地区开发、生产及商业化MRG007的独家许可。同时，公司将收取一次性首付款及近期里程碑付款合计4700万美元，和最高达11.6亿美元的开发、注册及销售里程碑付款，以及未来 MRG007在许可地区销售净额的高单位数至低双位数的分级特许权使用费。
