FS Bancorp is increasing its quarterly cash dividend by 3.7%, to 28 cents per share.
The bank holding company on Tuesday said that its board of directors approved raising its quarterly payout to shareholders to 28 cents from 27 a share previously.
The new payout, equal to $1.12 annually, represents a yield of 2.7%, based on the company's closing price of $41.93.
The quarterly dividend will be paid on Feb. 20.
