智通财经APP讯，中达集团控股(00139)发布公告，有关公司与FMC Cayman 成立合资企业的相关事宜。诚如日期为2024年5月8日的公告所披露，合资协议的完成须待于2024年12月31日(或订约方可能书面同意的较后时间)(最后截止日期)或之前达成先决条件后，方可作实。倘若先决条件未能于最后截止日期或之前达成，合资协议将告终止。
由于先决条件于最后截止日期或之前尚未达成，且有关订约方无意延长最后截止日期，合资协议已告终止。
本公司认为，终止合资协议对本集团整体业务营运并无重大影响。
