智通财经APP讯，英诺赛科(02577)发布公告，招股章程所述的超额配股权已于2025年1月22日(星期三)由稳定价格操作人(为其本身及代表超额配股包销商)部分行使，涉及合共166.44万股H股，占超额配股权获任何行使前根据全球发售初步可供认购的发售股份总数的约3.67%。
超额配发股份将由公司按每股H股30.86港元配发及发行。超额配发股份将用于促进向已同意延迟交付其根据全球发售认购的相关发售股份的基石投资者交付部分发售股份。
此外，有关全球发售的稳定价格期间于2025年1月22日(星期三)(即递交香港公开发售申请截止日期后第30日)结束。
