新世界发展(00017.HK) 发布业务更新，强调正持续正常开展业务，并表示将继续专注于发展地产主业，包括在本港推售住宅项目，以及在内地销售多元化项目。
集团指，管理层秉持稳健务实经营方针，加强市场导向和提升项目回报率，并期望向不同持分者提供业务发展的最新状况，因此发布今次业务更新，预告正积极开展多个新项目，包括九龙塘住宅项目，以及与招商蛇口(001979.SZ) 合作、已完成补地价程序的粉岭马适路大型商住项目，提供约2,300伙。未来亦会加快港铁黄竹坑站、半山卫城道、启德楼盘等项目的推售进度，加上已推出的楼盘，预计截至今年6月底止现财年全年合计共推出超过4,400个单位。
新世界又透露，旗下香港物业项目销情向好，例如与远东发展(00035.HK) 合作的启德“柏蔚森”开售以来累计销售519个单位，套现超过35亿元。而位于北角的“STATE PAVILIA皇都”截至本月16日已套现近4亿元，项目商场“STATE THEATRE by K11”预计2027年启用。
