智通财经APP获悉，1月15日，雾麻科技(ISPR.US)(Ispire Technology Inc.)宣布其董事会已批准一项股票回购计划，授权雾麻科技在未来24个月内回购最多1,000万美元的普通股。
雾麻科技联席首席执行官Michael Wang表示:“我们的股票回购授权反映了我们对公司整体业务增长以及我们所做的战略投资的信心，我们的这些投资为公司的未来成功做好了充分准备。鉴于当前的资本市场环境，我们认为现在启动股票回购计划是一个极佳的机会，以显著低于其内在价值的价格回购我们的普通股，这也为潜在投资者提供了一个具有吸引力的投资机会。”
根据股票回购计划，公司可能随时在公开市场交易中回购其普通股，并可能通过加速股票回购计划、要约收购、私下协商交易或其他方式进行回购。也可能根据《证券交易法》第10b5-1条规则下的交易计划进行回购。回购交易的时间和金额将由公司董事会根据市场状况、股票价格、法律要求和其他因素进行评估后决定。该计划没有固定的到期日期，并可随时暂停、修改或终止，且无需事先通知。
