　　纽约证券交易所总裁Lynn Martin表示，美国大选后，美国首次公开募股（IPO）市场正在变得愈发活跃。

　　“市场活动是切实的，”Martin周三在瑞士达沃斯表示。“交易正在推进中，（企业）正规划在未来几天、几周，几个季度，亦或下半年上市。”

　　虽然美国总统唐纳德·特朗普对主要贸易伙伴的关、、威胁一定程度上削弱了市场热情，但他的减税和放松监管的计划受到了许多高管的欢迎。

　　Martin将她最近与特朗普的会晤描述为“相当顺利”，称会议充分体现了他对美国经济及优势的专注。

　　“我感觉，促增长的议程将是重中之重，不仅对他个人，对于整个内阁都是如此，”Martin谈到特朗普时称。“围绕大选的不确定性一旦消除，现在就是行动的时候了。”

　　不过Martin也谈到地缘政治紧张局势和通胀相关的不利因素，称一些人选择先观望更多交易的成型，随后再行动。

　　纽约证交所由洲际交易所所有，是美国最大的股票交易所之一。除了交易所业务外，该公司还提供数据、分析、软件和其他投资者服务。
