【上海召开调度决策算法分类指导会】上海市委网信办会同市市场监管局围绕调度决策算法，召开第三场算法治理分类指导会，饿了么、携程、拼多多、叮咚买菜、申通快递等12家电商购物、外卖快递企业相关负责人参会。会议指出，平台在提供调度决策算法服务时，要严格遵守《互联网信息服务算法推荐管理规定》要求，始终秉持算法公平公正原则。电商购物类平台严禁凭借消费者的偏好、交易习惯等特征，利用算法在诸如交易价格等交易条件上，实施不合理的差别待遇等行为。外卖快递平台要建立完善并详细公示配送时间预估、费用计算、路线规划等算法规则；搭建畅通的申诉渠道，就涉及劳动权益的制度规则和算法等重要事项，与劳动者开展经常性协商协调。参会企业表示，将坚持以人为本的价值理念，持续推动算法优化与常态化公开，进一步拓宽申诉反馈渠道，及时回应网民关切，切实维护各方合法权益。
