中航易商仓储物流REIT基金份额8亿份，发售价格2.628元/份，募集资金总额21.024亿元。中航易商仓储物流REIT原始权益人为易商集团，基金管理人为中航基金管理有限公司，专项计划管理人为中航证券有限公司。底层资产为位于江苏省苏州市昆山市花桥经济开发区的富莱德昆山物流园一期、二期和三期项目，建筑面积合计约42.72万平方米，2023年项目公司营业收入合计为15,109.08万元。
