智通财经APP获悉，晶泰控股-P(02228)逆市涨超11%，截至发稿，涨8.99%，报4.85港元，成交额3.05亿港元。
消息面上，1月19日，晶泰科技发布公告称，1月18日公司合计配售2.64亿股，成功筹集所得款总额约11.3亿港元。值得注意的是，晶泰科技此次配股融资金额已超过其IPO所得募资，该公司于2024年6月13日在香港主板IPO上市，当时募资9.89亿港元，加计部分行使超额配股权额外所得，合计募资约10.36亿港元。
值得注意的是，晶泰科技近期宣布，与新加坡国立癌症中心(NCCS)及杜克-新加坡国立大学医学院(Duke-NUS)开展AI新药发现合作，拟运用其AI和自动化实验驱动的多肽研发设计平台，针对NCCS选定的肾透明细胞癌全新靶点，发现及设计临床候选药物，并与合作方共享后续商业化成果。此外，公司与微软中国达成战略合作，旨在利用AI、大模型、机器人实验室等前沿技术开展合作，并积极探索这些技术在生物医药与材料科学领域的革新性应用，开创科研、教育及创新应用的新篇章。
