Tibet Water Resources (HKG:1115) completed the issue of a total of HK$165 million of 8% convertible bonds to eight subscribers, a Tuesday bourse filing said
The subscribers include five corporate investors and three individual subscribers.
The bonds are convertible into 499,999,998 conversion shares if fully converted.
