科伦博泰生物签署多个结构性存款协议 金额超4亿元
财中社1月22日电科伦博泰生物-B（06990）发布公告，近日公司与中信银行、浙商银行及招商银行签订了多个结构性存款协议。具体而言，公司同意向中信银行认购本金为5000万元的结构性存款，以及向浙商银行认购两笔各为1亿元的结构性存款。此外，公司还与招商银行签订了本金为2亿元的结构性存款协议。
截至公告日期，公司在中信银行的未到期理财产品本金总额为3亿元，浙商银行的未偿还本金总额为3.5亿元。根据公告内容，这些结构性存款的预期年化浮动回报率分别为1.05%至2.50%、1.30%至2.65%及1.85%至2.31%。董事会认为，这些投资将有效提高公司闲置资金的使用效率，符合整体利益。
