外汇策略师警告称，美国总统唐纳德· 特朗普对北方邻国加拿大征收高关税的威胁会扰乱加拿大经济，导致加元跌至纪录低点。

　　加拿大丰业银行、巴克莱、德意志银行和道明证券等银行的策略师们表示，面对高额进口税，加元可能会跌至接近或跌破2002年创下的历史低点1.6193。加元兑美元要下跌约16%才能达到这一水平。

　　德意志银行认为，加元很有可能下探纪录低点，指出加拿大央行和美联储利率政策之间的差距扩大，加剧了对关税的担忧。

　　德银宏观策略师Michael Puempel表示，随着不断的关税和报复性关税冲击国内经济增长，加拿大政治上陷入瘫痪状态 —— 贾斯汀·特鲁多将在3月份辞职 —— 将对任何实质性财政应对构成制约，迫使央行放松政策。

　　丰业银行周二表示，如果加拿大对美国25%的关税实施全面报复，则到今年第二季度，加元可能会跌至1.66。
