EQ Resources (ASX:EQR) said Chief Financial Officer Andrew Mooney resigned from the role, effective Feb. 3, to pursue a new opportunity, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The firm said it has "sufficient" resources to cover Mooney's duties and progress its operational programs both in Spain and Australia during the transition process as it searches for a new CFO.
The firm's shares were down nearly 3% at market close Wednesday.
