高盛集团正准备提拔一批明星高管负责管理其最大的华尔街业务线，将该公司下一代领导层置于聚光灯下。

　　因讨论人事决定而不愿具名的知情人士透露，刚刚公布利润激增的高盛正计划为其股票、固定收益和银行部门任命新的全球负责人。该公司还计划任命国际部门的新联席负责人。

　　Erdit Hoxha、Cyril Goddeeris和Dmitri Potishko将负责股票业务；Kunal Shah、Anshul Sehgal和Jason Brauth将负责固定收益业务；Kim Posnett、Matt McClure 和Anthony Gutman将领导银行部门。

　　除了新的职位，Shah和Gutman还将成为高盛国际的联席首席执行官。现年64岁的Richard Gnodde将辞去国际业务负责人职务，转任高盛副董事长。

　　高盛内部就如何指定下一代领导层、让他们在塑造业务发展方面拥有更大影响力这一问题进行了一年多的商议，而此次晋升为这一商议画上了圆满的句号。

　　总而言之，这些变化相当于近年来除首席执行官David Solomon的核心团队之外，高盛未来领导层的最重大提升。
