港灯-SS(02638.HK) 日前联同香港电车在凌晨时分举行实地紧急复电演练，提升双方的沟通和协调，加强在遇上突发事件时双方的紧急应变能力。
演练模拟港灯北角明园电车供电站在凌晨1时30分出现突发电力“事故”，影响电车东/西行方向的电力供应。港灯随即派出工程人员和紧急维修车辆赶往现场处理“故障”；香港电车亦派出多名工程人员和一辆配备有升降工作台、负责调整电车系统架空供电网络(俗称“天线”)的工程车，尽快恢复电车服务。
演练时，双方工程人员经过沟通和评估最新情况后，港灯工程人员决定先隔离“有问题”的电力装置，再进行紧急抢修和更换出现“故障”的部分。电车工程人员则隔离来自有问题供应点的电源，利用工程车把设置在天后区的“天线”供电源调拨至另一组电力供应点，务求在最短时间内恢复电车服务。
