按业务划分，完井和生产业务营收为 32 亿美元，环比下降4%；钻井与评估类务营收为24亿美元，环比持平。

在第四季度，该公司经营现金流为 15 亿美元，自由现金流为 11 亿美元。

第四季度，哈里伯顿回购了价值约 3.09 亿美元的普通股，并通过多张优先票据回购了约 1 亿美元的债务。
