智通财经APP获悉，法国生物科技公司Valneva (VALN.US) 公布了其 FDA 批准的基孔肯雅病毒疫苗Ixchiq的更多数据，该疫苗来自在巴西针对 12-17 岁人群进行的 3 期试验。
数据公布后，Valneva盘前涨8.70%，报4.75美元。
据该公司称，来自其VLA1553-321试验的新数据表明，在基线时被发现为基孔肯雅病毒阴性的试验参与者在接受单次Ixchiq注射一年后的血清应答率为98.3%。
相比之下，接种疫苗后六个月和 28 天的血清反应率分别为 99.1% 和 98.8%。此外，Valneva补充道，这项涉及 754 名受试者的研究的安全性数据证实了之前确定的 Ixchiq 耐受性概况。
基孔肯雅热是一种由蚊子传播的病毒性疾病，世界卫生组织已将其列为重大公共卫生问题。去年 11 月，美国 FDA 批准 Ixchiq 作为全球首个基孔肯雅热疫苗。
该公司分别于 2023 年和 2024 年公布了 VLA1553-321 试验的 28 天和 6 个月数据。这些发现支持了 Ixchiq 在美国、欧洲和加拿大提交标签扩展申请，目标是将该疫苗用于青少年。
