　　优必选（09880）公布，截至2025年1月23日，公司股东QM25 LIMITED持有公司13，082，560股H股。于本公告日期，公司收到QM25 LIMITED的自愿性承诺函，自2025年1月24日起12个月内将不会通过二级市场竞价模式出售所持股份。在上述限制时间内，QM25 LIMITED可以以其他方式出售所持股份，但前提条件是出售价格不低于每股港币180元（若公司在限制时间内发生派息、送股、资本公积转增股本、新增股本或配股等除权除息事项，前述价格应作相应调整）。
