1月24日金融一线消息，云南金融监管局行政处罚信息公示表显示，中国银行股份有限公司云南省分行因未按公示的收费价目名录收费、未与小微企业分担应共同承担的保险费用、贷款管理不审慎、信用卡透支资金用途管控不力等，被罚款144万元。

　　肖光武（时任中国银行楚雄州分行营业部主任 ）、马庆华（时任中国银行楚雄州分行营业部主任 ）对中国银行股份有限公司云南省分行贷款管理不审慎负有责任，被警告。
